I ordered from militarybest.com and it went way smoother than I expected. The site was simple enough to get around, my items showed up in great shape, and there was basically zero drama, which feels like a miracle these days. Prices seemed fair too. I’d definitely order from them again...

I ordered from militarybest.com and was a little surprised by how quickly everything moved. The tracking email came through fast, and by the next day I could already see the package was on its way, which was a nice little reassurance.

It showed up just a few days later, package was in good shape, and everything inside was exactly as expected. No delivery problems, no weird delays, just a smooth order from start to finish. I’d order from them again

I was trying to order a few patches from my phone, the site made it harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and the search kept missing things I was sure were on there, so I ended up poking around more than planned. I did eventually get through checkout, but it felt like there were a few too many clicks along the way. Not a total disaster, just kind of annoying.

I ordered a couple of military insignia pieces, and they did arrive quickly, so that was nice. But... the details just looked a little off to me once I saw them in person. They might be fine if you’re just using them for display, but I wouldn’t really call them super authentic. The stitching and colors didn’t quite match what I was expecting. Not awful or anything, just... a bit disappointing

"Easy exchange, just a little slow"
I got the wrong size shirt. My mistake. Had to send it back for an exchange. The return steps were clear, so that helped. Customer service replied to my email in about a day. Not bad. The new shirt took a little longer than I wanted, but it was the right size when it showed up. Overall, good experience. Just wish the shipping was faster.

I spent some time looking through the site and, in my opinion, the selection is decent if you’re into military items. There were definitely a few things that caught my eye, but some sections felt a little thinner than I was hoping for. It’s not a bad site by any means, just feels like it could use a bit more variety to make browsing more exciting.
